Restoring Faith in Humanity

So I remember that back in Guam, there was a point in time where I was almost ready to restore my faith in humanity; that humanity can be trusted, that other humans can be trusted, that we can all experience that warm and fuzzy glow which comes with the feelings of mutual trust and mutual respect.

Today while waking up I once again begin to feel that I am on the verge of completely and utterly putting our full faith in humanity: That together, we can trust each other fully, heal each other, Respect each other, love each other, and live lives full of abundance.

“If you’re scared to get hurt, you’re scared to live” ← This quote was inspiring to me when I read it off of a gas station in Guam. I had been scared to get hurt for so long that it had become the new normal for me… and a lot of us. Let’s learn how to live again, learn how to trust each other, and let us be one big happy family again.
